Consumer Protection Clause

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your LU Wheatable or other products must be unopened, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Perishable food items cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

2. 7-Day Window

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to your address in Pakistan, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Damaged Items

If you receive damaged goods, please take a photo immediately and contact admin@irsafoods.com or our WhatsApp support at +923056241497. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Items purchased during "Flash Sales" or using specific promotional "Bank Discount" codes may be ineligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
